Kahiniscope Production is an internal production-management app for the Kahiniscope Bengali audio-drama channel. It is used by the channel's admin and its contributors to assign and track episode production tasks.
This policy describes exactly what the app collects, why, and who it reaches.

The app collects only what it needs to assign work and to remind you about it.

The app does not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your files, anything from other apps, or any advertising identifier. It contains no advertising and no analytics.
In Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), in Google's
asia-south2 region in Delhi, India. Google processes it on our behalf as our
hosting provider.
A reminder is sent through the first of these that can reach you. Only the information needed to deliver that one message is sent:
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles your data under its own terms.
Nothing is kept longer than one year. Episodes, tasks and the record of reminders sent are deleted automatically once they are more than a year old — a job runs weekly and removes them. This is not something you have to ask for; it happens on its own.
Your user record — name, email, phone, craft — is kept for as long as you are part of the team, because it is what lets work be assigned to you. Ask to be removed and it goes.
The app is for the channel's production team. It is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
